EJA Trucking Inc. is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to perform truck and trailer repairs at our yard in Granite City, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Perform light truck and trailer repairs
- Repair trailer patches, doors, hinges, latches, and hardware
- Complete tire changes and replacements
- Use computer diagnostics to identify engine, ABS, emissions, and electrical issues
- Perform DOT inspections and necessary repairs
- Repair and replace lights, brakes, mud flaps, and other safety equipment
- Keep trucks and trailers DOT-compliant, safe, and road-ready
- Work independently to diagnose problems and complete repairs efficiently

Qualified candidates should have diesel and/or trailer mechanic experience, knowledge of DOT regulations and inspections, experience using diagnostic software and scan tools, and a valid driver’s license.
